Group will take place Wednesdays from 2 - 3:15 pm EST 

  • 8 weekly 75-minute sessions over zoom
  • multi-media curriculum on the science of pain and pain reduction, inclusive of differing learning styles
  • guilded somatic tracking and resourcing practices
  • small group size (6-10 participants)
  • $100 per session, closed group

About Lily:

 

I have spent the past five years treating chronic pain, working with conditions including eye pain; musculoskeletal pain in the back, knees, and feet; migraines; pelvic pain; vertigo; chronic fatigue; and fibromyalgia.

I bring my clinical expertise and lived experience to her work. After navigating a decade of my own chronic pain, I achieved full healing in 2020. I have integrated Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), and Hakomi to help clients retrain their nervous systems and recover from chronic pain.

A variety of services that includes peer and clinical supervision, workshops/lectures, and educational resources and insights. These meetings and opportunities are meant for individual and organizations looking to expand their professional knowledge regarding chronic pain recovery.

Chronic Pain Coaching

A packaged option that includes 1-on-1 coaching sessions, resources, and check-ins for those who are ready to learn about, heal from, or progress their chronic pain recovery.
