(she/her/hers)

Lily is a somatic psychotherapist and chronic pain expert. She received her masters in social work from the University of New Hampshire and has completed both the comprehensive and advanced training in the Hakomi method. Additionally, she is a trained Yoga teacher and holds graduate certificates in trauma-informed policy and practice and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

She currently works (tele-health only) for Brooklyn Somatic Therapy in a vibrant group practice environment where she treats clients for general mood, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain conditions, and relationship issues through long-term, experiential psychotherapy. Lily specializes in the treatment of Neuroplastic Pain, Psychophysiological Disorders, and Tension Myositis Syndrome (such as chronic pain, IBS, migraines, chronic fatigue, repetitive stress injuries, etc). Lily is committed to an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach that welcomes all experiences. She provides supportive somatic and experiential psychotherapy that is firmly goal-oriented while staying grounded in collaboration, respect, and safety.

Living in the white mountains region of New Hampshire, a land originally occupied by the Wabanaki, N'dakina, and Pequawket indigenous peoples, Lily enjoys finding new ways to explore the outdoors and life in general. She has healed her own chronic pain and spends most of her free time trail running in the mountains with her dog, trying new creative endeavors, enjoying time with loved ones, and is continually fascinated by new ways to heal and approach life. Her hope is to guide her own clients to a place where they can live a full, active, choice-oriented life.
